We serve children with a wide range of developmental challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language disorders, and more.
The Role:
As a RBT trainer, you'll work closely with new hire RBTs, BT, and other team members to provide adequate training of ABA practices. The RBT trainer is responsible for planning, conducting and concluding the full cycle of the RBT training period.
Duties:
- Conduct training sessions on patient care, HIPAA compliance, patient behavior plans and implementation techniques and data collection methods.
- Develop and implement training materials and resources tailored to the needs of staff working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with management to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff to ensure the application of learned skills in daily practice.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies related to developmental disabilities.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of RBT experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ABA practices, patient care practices, HIPAA regulations, patient care, HIPAA compliance, patient behavior plans and implementation techniques and data collection methods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs that promote skill development and knowledge retention.
**This position requires travel to both office locations when training is needed!!**

Pay: $42,500.00 - $45,000.00 per year
