Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Having knowledge of entire Reservation procedure
- Ability to navigate through several online extranets
- Responsible for Hotel and Local Reservation links
- Handling of correspondences and email
- Allocate reservations booked daily
- Review and set up reservations booked daily
- Knowledgeable in hotel and guest room facilities/ services
- Ensure special handling of repeats guest and very VIP guests
- Maintain proper telephone manners are maintained at all times
- Follow up tentative bookings and update reservation status
