Levamedical is a Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine office practicing for 36 years in the latest cosmetic surgical field and aesthetic medicine. We perform a mixture of liposuction and lipoplasty surgeries with and without breast augmentation or gluteal augmentation. We also do botox, dermal fillers and lasers for skin rejuvenation and much more. Our cosmetic surgeons have exclusive television spot on Telemundo 47 where they explain the procedures they do. Our office consists of three cosmetic surgeons looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales and Patient Care Coordinator to join our prestigious plastic surgery practice. As a Sales and Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring optimal patient care. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury sales prefer within the plastic surgery industry, possess excellent communication in Spanish and English and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding results. Most of our clientele is Spanish speaking.

- Patient scheduling for surgeries and nonsurgical procedures

- You would be the key link in the client relationship and must constantly strive to provide the highest level of client care.
- Professional and polished presentation skills

- Proficient in using computer systems and software for patient record management

- The coordinator is responsible for, patient care, coordinating the Surgery Schedule and non surgical schedule and acts as a liaison between the facility, physician/practice and patient/family, performs clerical and reception duties and responsibilities as well as maintains the Medical Records.
Job Responsibilities:
· This position is a customer service role as well as sales specialist role. You will serve as patient support for all new and existing patients in the practice and the ideal candidate must thrive in a service environment. Must be able to follow and make financial payment plans with the patient whether through loans or credit card/cash/check payments. Some training will be provided. Candidate will also be responsible to make sure patient has taken all medications prior to surgeries and consent forms obtained and payments completed before surgery or procedures.
Pay Structure, Perks, and Benefits:
· Competitive hourly rate is $20 to $25 dollars per hour (based on experience).
. Commission structure based on sales performance.
- Will work as independent contractor for the first 3 months
