We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team! Every day you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams on marketing projects and impacting the quality and results of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Assists marketing team with creating content for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate quality leads and conversion.
- Utilize platforms like Facebook and Instagram to share engaging content, success stories, and program information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Communicates with segmented audiences via text, email, and messages.
- Encourage work-of-mouth marketing by having current students and alumni share their experience with others.
- Create informative blog posts, videos, or podcasts about industry trends and career advice.
- Coordinate any third party marketing services
- Responsible for reviews and reputation management.
- Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, etc.
- Creates presentations for promotions and displays.
- Update, improve, and maintain websites, including web graphics.
- Posts in social media platforms to drive engagement and inquiries.
- Produces monthly newsletter.
- Trade shows and fairs materials and presentation.
- Manages social media calendar.
- Event planning and coordinating.
- Plan, coordinate, and host career fairs, outreach events, high school presentation, and community gatherings to showcase programs and build relationships.
- Provide exceptional guest services during events, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
- Collaborate and partner with employers to offer externships, student placement, and promote each others' organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and outreach strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (Preferred)
- Previous experience with social media, content creation, event management, and marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram/Meta/LinkedIn/YouTube.
- Ability to build rapport with people.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience (Preferred).
- Experience using social media tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite (Preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
