Fast growing national consulting firm in the Galleria area and is looking for two experienced Recruiters to join their outstanding, top producing team.
We're seeking proactive, FULLY IN-OFFICE experienced recruiters.

Salary Range: $90K-120K - Depends on Experience

Responsibilites:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand sales team needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies.
- Utilize multiple channels to source and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the role and company culture.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines, develop and execute on a sourcing strategy, properly assess candidate qualifications, and present and close opportunities effectively
- Maintain and develop a profitable customer portfolio through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
Qualifications:
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
- Strong understanding of sales roles and responsibilities, including experience selling B2B products/services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting high-caliber sales talent in a competitive market.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and hiring senior sales professionals.
