Senior IT Manufacturing Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Senior IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand and document business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements

- Conducts cost-benefit analyses to determine the feasibility of proposed technology solutions
Works closely with IT teams to develop and implement software solutions that meet business needs
Cocreates, reviews and follows up on test plans and testing methodology to mitigate risks and participates in testing the solution to ensure the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements within the organization
Provides training and support to end-users to ensure the effective use of new systems and tools
Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented solutions, adjusting as necessary
Stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions to business challenges
Participates in project management activities, including communicating, planning, scheduling, and risk management
Serves as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration
Prepares and presents reports to senior management, detailing project designs, architecture, status, issues, and recommendations
Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the manufacturing industry
Job Competencies & Qualifications
Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in project management methodologies
Familiarity with mainstream ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus
Experience with data driven analysis and visualization tools, such as QlikView or Power BI, is beneficial
Certification as a Business Analyst (e.g., CBAP or CCBA) is preferred
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior business analyst role, with a focus on manufacturing processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and IT systems such as ERP, MRP, MES
