Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include phone duties, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed.
Responsibilities
- Process and input customer orders and purchase orders
- Check for product availability
- Assist Account Managers with orders and special requests
- Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with transportation and operations department
- Ensure proper invoicing of accounts including issuing credits
- Work with Accounts Receivable about customer accounts
- Answer phone calls, keep up with daily emails and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties
- Assist General Manager as needed
- Other general office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must be able to work Mon thru Fri, from 9am to 6pm
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Computer skills to include data entry and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and be organized
- Team player with a great personality that is self-motivated with an engaging level of enthusiasm
Pay and Benefits
- $17/hour
- Paid weekly
- Benefits after 60 days
