Summit Restoration is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Independent Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Houston, TX, area. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), self-managed, and highly motivated. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales, mentoring your team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the door-to-door sales team in the Houston, TX area
- Drive sales and meet/exceed sales targets
- Present and sell our property restoration services to potential clients
- Mentor, educate, and motivate the sales team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Solve problems and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of direct sales experience with a history of meeting/exceeding quotas
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Tenacious, enthusiastic, and disciplined self-starter
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Knowledge of Property Restoration and Damage Repair or the construction industry is a plus, not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and exhibit strong discipline
- Passion for mentoring and motivating peers
