We're seeking a dynamic Office Administrator to lead the administrative and operational functions of our office in Roseville. Primary Responsibilities: As our Office Administrator, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, including:
- Hiring, training, and supervising non-attorney staff
- Human resource management
- Monthly client billing
- IT project management and vendor coordination
- Payroll, invoicing, and benefits administration
- Vendor relationship management
- Bookkeeping and accounting
- Cost analysis and management
- Event planning
- Facilities and office services management
- Fostering a productive work environment aligned with our firm's goals
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Proven experience in professional services administration, preferably in a leadership role (law firm experience preferred)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Innovative approach to administrative functions
- Meticulous attention to detail and adept at multitasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Additional experience with Worldox and Advantage Law is a plus
- Knowledge of human resources practices and employment laws
- Familiarity with management and benefits administration, including bookkeeping, client invoicing, and payroll
- Ability to perform routine IT functions and manage IT resources
