We need to talk with you if you are a leader who enjoys training their team, has prior renovation experience, a people leader and the Sales dominant in the market. A General Manager who will be responsible for the efficient operation of the property as measured against the established budget, while maintaining guest service standards. The ideal candidate for this role is a leader who can multitask with the best of the best.
Very important in the customer service business:
- Budget preparation, and renovation experience a must
- Meet with and solicit comments from guests regularly to determine guest satisfaction with services and facilities.
- Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate and timely action according to company policy.
- Take steps to ensure the greatest guest satisfaction possible within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure the security needs of the guests, staff, and property are met.
- Ensures all team members know area attractions and services to accommodate guests’ needs
- Responsible for the protection of company assets.
- Inspect studios and public spaces daily according to the Clean & Safe program brand standards.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
