Experience: - Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Experience in schedule management and calendar coordination. - Knowledge of office procedures and vendor management. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with attention to detail. - Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
