The Administrative Assistant-HR will provide full-service people administrative support and assistance to management and team members demonstrating respect and compassion at every interaction. The successful individual will focus on the following areas:
A. Pre-Boarding: You will track backgrounds, drug screening, and monitoring clearance. You will communicate updates to hiring leaders and will be in constant communication with future new hires. You will send offer letters and update tracking sheets. You will send adverse action letters as appropriate.
B. Onboarding New Team Members: You will send clearance to hiring leaders, new team member paperwork packets, ensure forms for accuracy. You will coordinate I-9 reviews, send email notifications for clear for hire and request appropriate access for operating systems.
C. Team Member Experience: You will assist in the enrollment process for benefits, order name tags, and answer policy and guideline questions. You will provide support in bonus and payroll initiatives as needed.
D. Offboarding Team Members: You will oversee the Exit Interview process to highlight any trends and collect all final documents to remove from the systems.
E. Other Duties/Projects as assigned: We are a very lean team, and we help each other be successful in a collaborative focused environment.

Requirements:
- Detail orientation
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
