Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and potentially in other languages
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to upsell products and services to customers
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
