The Workplace Experience Specialist will be part of the team to create and implement initiatives to reimagine office space, strengthening hybrid approaches to the work environment to enhance and maintain employee experience.

Schedule: Standard first shift, Monday – Friday (approximately 8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
Location: 100 Montgomery, Suite 500, SF, CA 94104
Compensation: $25-30/hr
Qualifications: 3+ years relevant experience in customer service-oriented roles, 2+ years of facilities experience.
Workplace Experience Specialist / Coordinator responsibilities:
- Greet, host, and provide concierge services; front desk management, coordinate meeting details, help organize events, and much more to ensure the physical work environment is conducive to a productive workday.
- Act as a point person for workplace related questions/concerns
- Monitor Jira tickets to ensure high customer satisfaction
