Position Overview:
The Food and Beverage SR Manager is responsible for effective planning, organization, and management of all food and beverage operations onsite. The role requires management of daily operations, staff management, developing menus, maintaining quality standards, monitoring inventory and cost control, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Recruit, train and supervise kitchen staff and services.
- Perform performance evaluations, providing feedback, recognition, and addressing performance issues promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate work shifts, manage labor costs and ensure staff performance meets quality and service standards.
- Maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction in food and beverage areas.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, allowing staff members to take ownership of their roles and contribute to the operation’s success.
- Create and update menus as needed, ensuring they are appealing, diverse and in line with WorldSprings food menu concepts and ideal market.
- Analyze trends, customer preferences and market conditions to make informed decisions and strategic plans.
- Source quality ingredients and products while managing costs to maintain profitability.
- Create and update drink offerings as needed.

Implement hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, orders, and product usage.
- Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms and pricing.
- Ensure proper storage conditions, including temperature control and labeling to minimize food waste.
- Develop efficient procedures for receiving and inspecting delivered to verify quality and quantity of items received.
- Develop and manage budgets, revenue goals and cost control strategies.

Monitor financial performance, analyze financial reports, and take corrective actions as needed.
Identify areas to increase revenue through strategies such as upselling, ordering special promotions or events, optimizing menu placement and descriptions.

- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain all required licenses and permits.
- Ensure food and beverage staff is up to date and current on any necessary certifications.
- Perform audits regularly to ensure food safety.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field preferred.

Several Years of experience in food and beverage management with a strong understanding of culinary arts and customer service.

Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management systems.

Familiarity with financial and budget management.
