Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers, a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, is hiring an Advertising Coordinator. This position will be based in Lubbock but will require regular travel between our El Paso and Albuquerque markets. The role entails leading the conceptualization, creation, and execution of advertising campaigns across various media channels—ranging from digital and social platforms to print and broadcast media.
As an Advertising Coordinator, you'll spearhead audience targeting strategies, overseeing the organization of project tasks and timelines to guarantee on-time project delivery. The role will involve monitoring campaign performance and conducting in-depth analyses to offer recommendations or recalibrate strategies based on results.
This challenging and rewarding position involves working directly with the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing marketing and public relations activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track advertising in multiple markets, including Lubbock, El Paso, and Albuquerque.
- Collect and manage all firm advertising contracts and invoices.
- Collaborate on developing, scheduling, and monitoring traditional media, planning sponsorships, and creating brand materials.
- Schedule and manage social media content and web articles.
- Manage regular travel between office locations in Lubbock, El Paso, Odessa, Albuquerque, and Austin.
- Engage in media buying and communication with external vendors for ongoing campaigns.
- Assess market reactions to advertising programs and analyze scheduled advertising's effectiveness.
- Create, write, and edit marketing materials, including press releases for media distribution.
- Maintain the firm's image and identity, and organize community events.
- Develop, implement, and manage the firm's social media strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Creative Cloud applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and research skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus but not mandatory.
