Job Summary:
Credit Systems International, Inc. seeks a full-time, goal-oriented, and energetic Communications Manager to join our growing Fort Worth, TX team. The Communications Manager is responsible for managing/monitoring the daily dialer administration and performance, workforce management, data analysis, KPI Tracking/Reporting, speech analytics, and vendor communications. The ideal candidate will have effective collaboration and communications skills, a technical aptitude, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced contact center environment. This position will be 100% onsite.
Essential duties include the following:
- Responsible for day-to-day administration, monitoring, and performance of the communication platform, including the development of dialing campaigns, calling lists, filters, reports, and list strategies
- Test, implement, execute, and communicate daily campaign strategy
- Assist in the maintenance and development of KPIs
- Daily reporting to the internal leadership team and external clients
- Execute scheduled campaigns via multiple channels (dialer, email, SMS/text, etc.)
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve system problems or issues
- Creation of specialty campaigns to meet client requirements and expectations
- Communications with vendors to launch and manage projects related to dialer, email, and SMS/text channels
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
- Contact Center and/or Customer Service experience a plus
- Experience using TCN is a plus!
- Professional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Time Management and ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and sound judgment
- Current on industry trends and developments
