Key Responsibilities of the Docket Specialist:
- Masterfully utilize the Firm's case management system for data entry, response time calculations, and information retrieval
- Keep abreast of updates in federal, state, and local court rules and procedures to maintain impeccable quality and accuracy in firm filings
- Execute e-filings and docket work requests with precision and timeliness, promptly notifying relevant parties of any delays
- Skillfully prioritize multiple filings, ensuring the best course of action for swift and efficient completion
- Provide expert assistance on e-filing issues to staff and timekeepers, ensuring a smooth process
- Leverage court websites to gather necessary documents and conduct research for docketing and e-filing purposes
- Maintain clear and timely communication with attorneys, support staff, court personnel, and external contacts, delivering outstanding customer service
- Continuously update your knowledge on court-related information to remain a valuable resource
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality for various documents and information

Qualifications of the Docket Specialist:
- High School Diploma required
- Prior docketing experience is required
- Familiarity with Federal, County, and Municipal court systems
- Understanding of court and administrative agency operations is a plus
