The Connected Operations team is entrusted with the crucial task of protecting the customer's connected vehicle experience from the point of purchase and throughout its entire lifespan. Specifically, within the Technical Operations division, our primary focus is to guarantee that customers have exceptional performance and experiences when utilizing digital services with their vehicles.
