Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Review contractual documents to ensure compliance.

Assist in negotiating customer contracts.

Coordinate resolution to a diverse range of complex issues.

Provide interpretation and analysis of contract documents.

Review and evaluate requests for changes in or revisions of contracts that involve technical specifications, cost, or schedule impact on the company.

Ensure the proper execution of contract requirements.
-
Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions.

Participate in or coordinate the preparation and review of bid packages including work specifications, schedule commitments, cost objectives, and contract terms and conditions.

Negotiate contract modifications with customers.

Reconcile contract payments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 8 years office experience.

Exemplify a strong attention to detail.

Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.

Excels at multi-tasking and has excellent project and time management.

Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office
