Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly-organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant with EXCELLENT writing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls to pertinent party
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- File documents in a prompt manner
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess some of the following skills:
- Proven Experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Office Clerk.
- Excellent Writing Skills in both English and Spanish
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a public adjusting firm is a plus
-Fluent in Spanish and English
