Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and passionate Sales Agents to join our inbound call center team. Our Pet Insurance Advisors play a critical role in protecting pets and their owners from unexpected veterinary costs and assisting with routine and preventative care expenses. As a Sales Agent, you will focus on new business through handling inbound calls, following up on leads, and providing exceptional service to prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- On average Pet Insurance Advisors take about 20-30 inbound calls per day, with a primary focus on new business.
- There is no cold calling! Agents are however expected to follow up on their leads that did not close on the first call.
- No servicing policies once a sale is made! The goals of the Pet Insurance Advisor is to excel in the sales role by focusing on new business. Once the policy is sold Embrace’s excellent customer care team will handle servicing the active account.
Qualifications
- Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
Compensation:
- The base salary for this position is $45,000 per year, in addition to an uncapped tiered incentive program.
