We are looking for talented individuals to join our team of Insurance Specialists.
This is an Office Assistant position with room to grow.
This positon is not Remote Eligible
HOURS: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30:00 PM EST with an hour lunch - or Open to Flexible Schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inbound and Outbound customer service calls
- Drafting emails and preparing text messages
- Processing existing customer's policy changes
- Processing payments
- Drive sales among existing customers by cross-selling insurance products that meet their needs.
- Working renewal, termination, pending cancellation and delinquency reports
- Accurately documenting customer information into customer tracking system
JOB PREFERENCES/REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of prior insurance agency customer service experience - REQUIRED
- Have a valid Georgia Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license or willing to obtain within (30 Days) - BENEFICIAL
- A thorough understanding of Insurance - BENEFICIAL
- Telemarketing and Cold-Calling experience - BENEFICIAL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - REQUIRED
- Highly organized - REQUIRED
- Prior Allstate experience - BENEFICIAL
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS:
- Base pay of $30,000 to $35,360 annually plus bonus opportunities

- Monthly health insurance stipend
