La Bodega Foodservice, is looking to hire a Bilingual (English & Spanish) full-time Bookkeeper and administrative assistant. Primary responsibilities include using various software tools including QuickBooks to generate invoices, deposit checks, input payments, input payable expenses, make payments to vendors, and generating reports, as well as assisting senior management with other various projects. We would be happy to teach and train a dependable and enthusiastic candidate with a background in bookkeeping in areas where they have no experience.
The position is primarily work in the office and the candidate would be based in Kent Washington with a Monday to Friday schedule.

The Ideal Candidate Might Also Have:
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Bookkeeping / finance / accounting background
- Experience in foodservice or wholesale
- Experience with Microsoft software (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- 3-4 years of proven experience
- Self-Starter comfortable working independently
- Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills
Compensation
