Job Summary & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic operational and supply chain plans to drive business growth and expansion within the region
- Lead and manage the strategic initiatives such reginal suppliers, low cost region transitions, supplier readiness and capabilities in the region to ensure seamless execution of operational processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align operational strategies with overall business objectives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain high standards of operational excellence
- Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional teams to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
Qualifications
What We Seek

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) required, with an advanced degree in Business or Management preferred

15+ years manufacturing or operations experience, with continuously increasing responsibility and oversight
-
Management and development of manufacturing and operations personnel
-
Experience with new product introduction, commercialization and product transitions (in-source, out-source or site-to-site)

Proven experience leading cross functional teams to achieve business objectives

Lean and/or Six Sigma certification desirable.

Must be able to drive accountability down through organization

Effective communicator to ensure strong teamwork between plant operations and business unit teams

Strong ability to connect with and relate to the shop floor employees
