Palisades Behavioral Health is currently expanding its service footprint, and we are eagerly seeking to add a skilled and motivated Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to our team of professionals in our Alpharetta office location. As an Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to promote our organization and engage with our target audience. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently.
As a Marketing & Outreach Coordinator, you will play an instrumental role in helping us drive business to our outpatient counseling offices and help us fulfill our mission to help people Heal, Grow, and Thrive!
Specifically, this is a part-time/per diem role in which the selected candidate will be free to work in their spare time and earn additional income. We are seeking a professional who is familiar with and enthusiastic about the behavioral health industry. Further, we are seeking someone who is interested in helping connect people and organizations with our high-quality products and services.
The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator is responsible for reaching out to existing and referral sources and sharing our service offering with them. This role is directly responsible for driving business for our outpatient counseling office in Alpharetta.
While this role has a high degree of freedom as it relates to work schedule and activities, the selected candidate is expected to fully understand our brand and service offering in order to successfully conduct regular outreach activities which lead to service provision and an increase in our overall client volume. This may include email marketing, phone calls, use of social media, in person meetings and other creative means which result in an ongoing referral pipeline.
The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator is an instrumental role which aids our company in fulfilling its mission. We are passionate about helping people and we are seeking an individual who can help connect us with those who are in need of our services.

While this is a 1099/contract position, we do anticipate that it will develop into a regular full-time employment role in the near future. Additional Specific Duties:
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for various marketing channels
- Utilize social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to promote our organization and engage with followers
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for outreach and partnership development
- Manage advertising sales and budgeting for outreach initiatives
- Monitor performance marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain and update the organization's website using WordPress or similar platforms
- Analyze website analytics data to identify trends and optimize outreach efforts
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platforms
- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and practices
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and analytics tools
- Proficiency in WordPress or similar content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Education / Experience
Completion of a bachelor’s or higher degree and a passion for or interest in the mental health, substance use, and/or behavioral health industry.
The individual selected for this opportunity will be expected to be able to dedicate at least 5-10+ hours per week to conducting marketing activities for our company.
