CEFCU member service team members are critical to the success of the credit union. They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!
Rotates to different Member Centers and departments to meet intermittent staffing needs. Determines financial needs using a high impact questioning strategy, educates, cross-sells, and services members/potential members on CEFCU/CEFCU Investment Services (CIS) products and services. Demonstrates a strong, needs-based sales and service focus as defined and measured in the Member Center and Corporate Balanced Scorecards and Business Plans. Opens, transfers, and closes all types of consumer and business products and services. Performs all required functions for originating consumer loans, preparing loan documents, and closing consumer loans. Maintains knowledge of electronic delivery channels to assist members with servicing questions and problem resolution. Supports Marketing initiatives through planning, coordination, and measuring the success of promotions. Performs essential Cashier and Member Assistant duties and assists at reception desk. Maximizes developmental opportunities through lifelong learning. Practices and promotes quality in all job duties including form completion, documentation, security, and compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. Demonstrates learning agility using functional and technical skills in assisting other positions and performing other tasks as assigned. Maintains a member-oriented focus and professionally resolves member inquires by assessing each member’s financial needs.
