We are looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for senior living and a knack for sales excellence to join our team as Regional Director of Sales. What you'll be doing:
- Identify and implement effective sales methods through training and support for all Volante divisions including partnership with marketing department for media management.
- Oversee compliance and maintenance of electronic lead tracking.
- Utilize data and reports to assist in strategy development.
- Collaborate with community leadership to develop and support effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop marketing plan model which includes analysis of target market, marketplace trends, threats and opportunities, messaging and branding strategy.
- Forecasting - training community leadership, provide accurate forecasting, monitor daily changes.
- Coordinate, participate and coach sales staff and manage internal marketing events.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- 3+ years related experience
- Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and techniques.
- Ability to travel regularly with overnight stays.
