SUMMARY
The responsible for improving the performance of their stores through hands on presence in the store, development, and execution of a Store Assessment. This position oversees the day to day execution of the Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers business model as well as ensuring a superior store appearance, compliance with all operational procedures, training, and development of all store employees. This position is responsible for mentoring as needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Reside in and work from each troubled store until that store achieves sustainable improvement
· Develop a flagship store or core store to train and develop key future leaders to achieve top production as well as teaching policies and procedures of our company
· Work with the Store Manager to develop written Store Assessments & Store Development Plans, set yearly goals for all stores in your group, and assist the stores in achieving and setting goals to ensure the successful execution of all ‘Action Items’ on the Store Development Plan
· Train & develop MITs, using the Management Training Program
· Ensure all stores’ staffing needs are met daily
· Provide up-to-date pay scales for each team member that motivates and inspires maximum production
· Place safety above all other considerations by ensuringthat each store maintains a safe operating environment, each employee uses the appropriate safety equipment and devices, and all customers, visitors, vendors and other non-employee personnel are safely escorted when on the operating floor
· Coach & evaluate all Store Managers in your group; conducting written evaluations twice per year and 360 feedback evaluations annually
· Work with the Store Manager to proactively develop a plan for upgrading store personnel
o Ensure Quick Reviews are conducted each month for all store employees
o Assist the Store Manager in screening, interviewing & hiring Hood Techs & Pit Techs
o Interview other store personnel as requested
· Ensure Cost of Goods at each store is optimized & headcounts and labor hours are maintained within weekly targets
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of Operations leadership experience
Extensive store management experience
Demonstrated experience in overseeing the operation of multiple stores
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Ability to work well with others and motivate people

Pay: $77,541.00 - $90,000.00 per year
