**Duties:**
- Hire and recruit to aquire the right talent, essential to build a team and strong company growth.
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback for performance improvement
- Manage employee relations by addressing issues and resolving conflicts effectively
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
-Design comprehensive onboarding programs and facilitate training and delvelopement initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in strategic planning and talent management
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
