We’re looking for an amazing HR Manager/Recruiter who will own our talent pipeline while also being responsible for and creating, implementing and managing People Ops topics. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations. Your tasks will include managing people programs, policies, and processes related to: onboarding, offboarding, systems, data, payroll, total rewards, benefits and leave administration, and compliance.
You Will
- Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and drive the interview process from end to end
- Own the offer approval, extension, and negotiation process, and effectively close prospective candidates
- Enable hiring managers to provide an outstanding candidate experience and support them to make the best hiring decision
- Utilize data to improve recruiting efficiency, drive innovation, and influence hiring decisions
- Analyze and implementing process improvements
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, benefit administration, and compliance for both employees and contractors
You Have:
- Experience working in a tech/ startup environment
- Experience in the health-care industry, ideally having hired Registered Nurses and social workers
- 2+ years of in-house and/or search firm end-to-end recruiting experience
- A dynamic communication style with the ability to collaborate successfully with diverse hiring managers and candidates, including strong verbal and writing skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in setting up an HR organization
- Detail-oriented, reliable, hands-on mentality
