Job Description:
Saul Previlon Allstate Insurance Agency is seeking driven and experienced individuals to join our team as In-Office Licensed Insurance Sales Agents. If you have a passion for sales, a knack for closing deals, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers, focusing on one-call closes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sell a minimum of 25 insurance items every month, with a focus on achieving monthly quotas.
- Make 100 dials per day to generate leads and opportunities.
- Bind a minimum of 2 policies per day to contribute to team goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policies, and resolving concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and policies.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid personal or property & casualty license.
- Proven sales experience with strong closing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Experience in insurance sales, preferably in a call center environment.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential; tardiness or absences are not tolerated.
- Comfortable working the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday, Pacific Time.
- Motivated by commission-based compensation with no earning cap.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
