**Architectural Project Manager**

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee and manage architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD software, construction estimating, contract negotiation, and project budgeting.
**Duties:**
- Manage architectural projects through all phases including design development, construction documentation, and project delivery.
- Utilize CAD software such as Bluebeam, Sketchup, and 3ds Max to create detailed architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting for architectural projects.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee the drafting of architectural plans and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues that may arise, and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam, Sketchup, and 3ds Max.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality architectural projects within specified timelines.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in architectural design and construction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $98,943.00 - $104,848.00 per year
