Our company is looking for a part-time Office Manager/Human Resources Representative to join the team and provide first-class support to our customers via email and over the phone. This is the ideal job for someone who is looking for flexible hours, at approximately 20-30 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as needed, and the possibility of full-time in the future. This is a remote position (residing in PACIFIC TIME ZONE OR HAWAII IS A MUST, as is prior experience in HR field). Arizona is preferred, but not required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 yrs. experience w/ HR and customer support, proven ability to handle high volumes of calls, emails and/or chats preferred.
- Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills.
- Fluency and mastery of English.
- Excellent customer service skills & customer focus.
- Detail-oriented and effectively manages work & time.
- Displays a sense of urgency in prioritizing and completing tasks.
- Superior decision-making skills.
- HR-related experience is required.
This is a 1099 Contractor role.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Email expertise, also possession of both computer w/ internet access and cell phone.
- Fluency and mastery of the English language.
- Ability to perform high-quality phone interviews with clients.
