We are looking for an Office Administrator to manage and support day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks. If you’re an effective, organized person that enjoys working as part of a team, this role is designed for you!

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage daily office functions such as answering the phone, responding and redirecting customer calls and correspondence, as well as maintaining office supplies & inventory
- Accounts payable
- Supporting HR processes
- Maintain all licensing for the Company and its vendors
- Fleet maintenance
- Every 7-8 weeks, rotate an on-call shift, answering after-hours calls (compensated for on-call availability and with each new job taken after-hours)
- Other duties as assigned
Ideal experience & qualities to be successful in this role:
- Minimum 1 year office administration or office management experience
- Proficient in MS suite and Gmail
- Familiar with Quickbooks preferred but not required
- Must be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must be detail oriented
- Demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal verbal communication skills
- Must be able to reliably get to/from work 7:45am-4:15pm, M-F
About the pay and benefits:
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE (additional compensation for on-call shifts & commissions)
