Title: Sales Manager of MRU Division
Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing
Position Classification: Full Time Salary/Exempt
Location: Can be located in PA or Gulf Coast Area (Texas or Louisiana)
Position Summary:
Sales Manager responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the company’s financial targets and growth goals. Sales Manager duties will include building customer base and relationships, hitting growth targets, and understanding market trends. The sales manager will work collaboratively with the Executive Team, Director of Operations, MRU Manager, Plant Managers and Sales Team to build sales and business.
Responsibilities:
· Work collaboratively with Executive Team, Plant Operations, MRU Operations and Sales
· Own and hit/exceed annual sales and growth targets within area of responsibility.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
· Partner with customers to understand their business needs, pain points and objectives.
· Understand business market by defining market trends and forecasting.
· Effectively communicate all aspects of our products and services with primary focus on MRU Business Growth.
Requirements:
· Self-driven and motivated.
· Willing to travel.
· Experience in rail market.
· Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization.
· Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
· Develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
· Embodies strong traits such as decision-making, problem solving and possessing good judgment.
· Exceptional organizational skills with a high consideration to detail and high level of accuracy.
· Adept at time management and able to work with finite deadlines.
· Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment, computers and various programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. and the ability to effectively work on spreadsheets, word processing, networking, and e-mail programs.
· Valid driver’s license.
Work Schedule: Schedule may vary based on business demands and will require a combination of office hours, and overnight travel, as well as work performed after hours and/or weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
