**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through various quality control processes and procedures.
**Duties:**
- Maintain, Implement and upgrade quality system & IATF Certification
- Work directly with customers
- Conduct & Train team IATF quality audits to identify areas for improvement
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and control systems
- Perform quality inspections on products to identify defects or deviations
- Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions to enhance product quality
- Ensure compliance with IATF, CGMP, HACCP, FDA regulations, and other relevant quality standards
- Develop and implement quality management processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze data to improve quality systems
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in a manufacturing/automotive environment
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant quality standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to read part prints

Pay: $75,598.00 - $80,927.00 per year
