We at River Rocks Landing, are looking for a Customer Support Supervisor will build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results. We decided to set up this role be responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
This is currently a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the customer service team and provide guidance and support as needed.
Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to the company’s customer service processes.
Train and manage customer service representatives.
Creates customer service processes and procedures.
Completes customer service analytics reports.
Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve service.
Monitor customer service trends and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus
2+ years of customer service management experience preferred
Proven track record of customer service excellence
Knowledge of CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
