We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the real estate transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring all details are handled efficiently and accurately. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Management;
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the real estate transaction process from contract to closing.
- Ensure all transaction documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with industry standards and company policies.
- Track and manage critical transaction deadlines to ensure timely completion of all necessary tasks.
Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Provide regular updates to all parties regarding the status of the transaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Documentation:
- Review and verify all transaction documents, including purchase agreements, disclosures, and addenda, for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date transaction files in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and distribute closing documents to all parties as required.
Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments.
- Facilitate communication between all parties to ensure a smooth and timely closing process.
- Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the transaction.
Support:
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents as needed, including preparing and distributing marketing materials and managing client databases.
- Assist with post-closing activities, including follow-up with clients and maintaining records for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in real estate transaction management software and other
- relevant computer applications.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Real estate license (preferred but not required).
Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Transaction coordination: 1 year (Required)
