Job Title: Executive Call Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Call Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct daily calls with salon leaders to gather and verify key performance metrics and ensure optimal salon operations. Additionally, the Executive Call Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Operations Leader.
Key Responsibilities:

Contact salon leaders daily to collect data on actual vs. goal metrics for:

Guest count
-
Hours worked
-
Total revenue
-
Service sales per hour (SSPH)
-
Retail sales
-
Verify that salons are appropriately staffed to meet peak capacity demands.

Ensure promotional activities are being utilized and marker boards are displayed on the lease line.

Inquire about strategies implemented to attract new guests and engage customers walking by the lease line.

Assist the Operations Leader with various administrative tasks to lighten their workload.

Handle miscellaneous administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Previous experience in a salon or retail environment is a plus but not required.
Work Hours:

This position requires approximately 2-3 hours of phone calls daily.

Must be available to work between 10 AM - 2 PM CST.
