About This Opportunity:
We are looking for a seasoned clinical research coordinator who has experience with clinical trial data management systems to join our wonderful team of motivated research professionals. Ideally, the right candidate will have at least 3 - 5 years of clinical research experience conducting investigational clinical trials and a strong understanding of clinical research workflows, regulatory requirements, and data collection and documentation practices.

Responsibilities:
- Reviews and develops a familiarity with the protocol, e.g., study proceedings and timelines, inclusion and exclusion criteria, confidentiality, privacy protections
- Manage CTMS deployment, training and use across the organization
- Work closely with the Study Start-Up Team to create and activate new studies in the CTMS
- Ability to create source documents
- Work closely with the Clinical Teams to manage active studies in the CTMS and make changes to reflect protocol amendments
- Work closely with our in-house software development team (IT) to flag software issues, provide user experience feedback and assist with prioritization of new CTMS features
- Assists IT and Clinical Teams in training staff on CTMS use
- Assist Finance Team with CTMS budgeting and reporting.
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion

Requirements:
- BA/BS in business, social science, health science, data management or related field required
- 3-5 years experience in the clinical research field, including management of clinical research teams, as a senior clinical research coordinator, clinical trial manager, or site manager
- Must be technology forward, comfortable spending 60-80% of each day in software.
- Must have GCP, IATA, ALCOAC training
- Detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Programming skills are a plus, but not required.
Preferences:
- Accreditation from SOCRA or ACRP
