We are looking for a customer-oriented Front Counter person. The best Front Counter Person are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, and have active listening skills. Problem-solving comes naturally, They are confident at troubleshooting and ask for help if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
