Who We Work For:
· Adults on Florida MedWaiver who live in family homes, group homes and supported living environments.
· Adults who attend Adult Day Training (ADT) programs, work in the community or participate in the community through Companion services.
· Adults and children under the age of 21 through the Medicaid State Plan and Insurances
Location:
Our central office is in Pinellas Park, Florida (Pinellas County), but we have positions available throughout the Suncoast Region (Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota, De Soto, Charlotte, Collier, Lee, Glades and Hendry counties). We are also authorized throughout Orlando and as far east as Brevard county.
Minimum Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with BCaBA or BCBA certification.
· Maintain BACB certification
· Auto insurance and registration
· Valid FL driver’s license and transportation
· Pass Level II criminal background check
· Maintain HIPAA training
Additional Requirements:
· At least one year experience with individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disability and/or related disorders
· Ability to manage time & meet deadlines
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to adhere to agency and state policies and procedures
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Commitment to excellence in all aspects of service delivery
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Conduct functional behavioral assessments
· Develop and monitor behavior analysis support plans
· Provide monitoring, feedback, training, and instruction to caregivers of the individuals receiving services
· Maintain schedule, utilizing approved hours weekly, monthly and quarterly
· Maintain documentation and complete required reports
· Review program effectiveness and make changes as needed based on data review
· Complete and submit weekly progress notes, quarterly reports and update behavior plans at least annually
