We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Regional Property Manager to join the team at Yugo!
Our Regional Property Managers oversee a portfolio of spaces throughout the country; maybe even globally. This position has both an operational and strategic focus. Regional Property Managers are #Futureshapers who want to positively influence and shape the lives of others. They are responsible for top tier operations performance within our spaces overseeing portfolio management while creating and leading the future direction of our Yugoers.
The Regional Property Manager is the coach, mentor, and subject matter expert of operational excellence for companywide initiatives. They participate in and lead weekly operational leadership meetings to gauge performance and foster creative enterprise. The Regional Property Manager ensures that their portfolio of Yugoers are equipped with the tools and resources needed to achieve overall business results. This role will cover the [assigned region/country] and will report to the Director of Operations.

Here is a snapshot of what you will do:

Lead by example through exhibiting and enforcing the Yugo culture.

Monitor and manage all sales opportunities and activities across region.

Manage Leasing Plans to budget, or propose exceptions as needed.

Review sales reporting and work with Director of Operations, Regional Specialist, and on-site teams on areas of improvement including, but not limited to traffic generation, lead management, tour conducting, closing techniques, and price optimization.

Provide to Director of Operations timely performance updates that identify concerns/potential risks as well as opportunities.

Attend and actively participate in leasing calls, operations meetings, and other conferences.

Monitor, support, coach, and provide operations training to Yugoers- to instill confidence, ensure success, and promote operational success.
- Develop peer-to-peer relationships that motivate on-site team members to efficiently achieve key performance indicators.

Collect data through reporting, system processes, and leasing workflows; evaluate for efficiency and provide feedback to Director of Operations.

Collaborate closely with the Sales, Accounting, Facilities, People and Culture, and Marketing teams to achieve shared objectives such as revenue KPIs and Yugo Culture.

Analyze weekly property KPI reporting to identify focus assets and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; or 2 years of experience in the student housing / multi-family housing / hospitality industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in operational management or equivalent

Demonstrate strong leadership abilities with the ability to remotely lead a portfolio of teams

Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Entrata or equivalent property management software
-
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of an organization.
- Travel is required

Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training
