Johnson City Bedding Company, an 90 year old family owned company based in Johnson City, TN, is a manufacturer of quality mattresses, and foundations. We sell our products through retail furniture and bedding dealers. We are seeking a customer care coordinator to perform a broad variety of customer care, order entry, manufacturing/ delivery coordination duties. This position interfaces with the company’s dealers each day. Minimum qualifications include:
· High School diploma
· 2 or more years of related and demonstrable experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and Word
· Advanced data entry skills
· Excellent mathematical skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work well with a team and learn a wide variety of both primary and secondary job duties
· Ability to pass drug screen, criminal and credit background check.
This position reports to the Customer Service Manager
