Divine House, Inc. is accepting applications for a full-time Staff Development Personnel person that is able to multitask, prioritize, and manage their time effectively. You will be responsible to assist your manager in monitoring and regulating company staff in their performance of delegated duties.
- The primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance within the records and operating policies and procedures, which may include but is not limited to data entry, filing, tracking and follow up of employee training; CPR training and tracking; knowledge of and maintaining a current understanding of applicable MN statutes and rules. Ideal candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy, organizational skills, be able to maintain confidentiality as well as have working knowledge of Microsoft Systems. The below expectations in Staff Development for Divine House, Inc. include, but are not limited to:
- Follow scheduled shifts as set Monday through Friday unless otherwise approved by supervisor. Any unexcused absences or failing to report to work on time or completing schedule as scheduled may result in disciplinary action. This position is 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
- Employee will show skills in the following: being able to pay close attention to detail with high level of accuracy, time-management, have effective organizational skills with ability to multi-task as well as, effective oral and written communication skills:
- Employee will ensure the information instructed to the staff is correct and complete.
- When auditing charts, employee will make sure of compliance- up to and including all filing is completed.
- Employee will maintain a professional demeanor with all employees he/she works with as well offer assistance when asked.
- Employee will follow set procedures and processes:
- Employee is expected to follow all processes set to meet compliance.
- Not under any circumstance, should the process of how the employee is trained to complete a task, be changed by employee, unless approved by supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
