For the Chicago Office of an International Law Firm
Responsibilities include:

Manage campus recruiting efforts including law school outreach and on-campus interviews, callbacks, and follow-up;

Oversee the Chicago office summer program;

Collaborate with Senior Lateral Recruiting Manager on Chicago-specific searches and manage the on-boarding and integration of newly hired associates;

Manage Professional Development Programs including initiating and developing programming for Chicago associates;
-
Support firm management and operating committees on the associate retention programs and the performance management process;
-
Collaborate with the Diversity & Inclusion Committee on Chicago office D&I initiatives.
Qualifications include:

4+ years of related experience in a professional services environment;

Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of personnel.;

Accuracy and attention to detail;

A self-starter who has the ability to work both independently and also collaboratively with the Talent Management team and firm leadership;

Ability to provide leadership and support for detailed and complex projects;

Integrity - strong professional and ethical standards; must observe confidentiality of personnel and Firm matters.
