Customer Success Manager Roles: At Viking Contractors LLC, the Customer Success Manager role comprises two key responsibilities: direct sales and customer service. Customer Success Managers are responsible for promptly entering new customer information into our territory management and CRM systems following customer visits. This includes uploading signed contracts, photos, and relevant customer or property details to ensure exceptional service and clear communication with the Field Inspector, Project Manager, and Customer Service Representative.

Requirements for Our Customer Success Managers:
- Generate new business through door-knocking, inspections, and other sales/marketing activities (minimum monthly sales quota required to maintain employment).
- Call through leads and touch files twice per week.
- Perform storm damage inspections on residential homes.
- Provide excellent service to every customer.
- Attend company and Sales Department meetings and training.
- Represent Viking Contractors LLC by wearing company-branded apparel and having company-branded vehicle decals on your personal vehicle.
- Operate according to Viking Contractors LLC’s Core Values with all customers and teammates daily.
- Work evening hours and Saturdays.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation capable of carrying a ladder and other tools.
- Set up and climb a ladder and spend significant time each day on your feet outside in various weather conditions.
