As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees in our corporate lobby. Your responsibilities will include opening and closing the lobby, prioritizing tasks with urgency, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the front desk and building needs. You'll act as a concierge, communicating with employees visiting from around the globe, ensuring guests are comfortable and informed, and maintaining a professional and welcoming first impression. You will be expected to follow and update daily reception processes and procedures, handle visitor pre-registration requests, and ensure compliance with our NDA and CTPAT requirements. Other duties include maintaining an accurate corporate resource binder, organizing and coordinating conference room scheduling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on special projects. You will also assist with New Hire orientations, maintain visitor badge inventory, and help coordinate events and service request.
