· Process loan payments; loan advances; ABL Draws; credit card payments; lockbox; and sweep accounts
· Manage Bank’s participations
· Prepare and process deferments, extension, and loan renewals
· Provide customer service via telephone and in-person to customers & lenders
· Handle credit card issues
· Process, maintain, and manage ABL reports
· Review documents for accuracy; scan and review
· Document exceptions from file reviews
· Notice of Action file reviews
· Escrow Analysis and annual payment of property tax
· File maintenance review for loans and collateral records
· Review Fiserv/Premier set up of new loans uploaded from prior day
· Process Paid Loan files, including releasing collateral
· All other duties assigned
· Associate Degree in Business or related major required
· Computer, clerical, and calculator skills required
· Knowledge of Adobe, Excel & Word preferred
· Prior banking experience preferred
While performing duties, the employee is required to sit, stoop, lift up to 10 pounds, type, have the ability to communicate effectively with others, and will be required to work evenings and/or weekends, and attend remote meetings/trainings and/or travel.
